Check out the teen poets of Diverse-City! Diverse-City is part of the Hennepin County Library's award-winning Great Transitions program at the Hennepin County Home School, a collaboration between the library, the Epsilon staff of the Intermediate School District 287 and Hennepin County Department of Community Corrections and Rehabilitation. Funding for Diverse-City is provided by the Library Foundation of Hennepin County.
