I am and will remain a big Vince Flynn fan; however, this book was somewhat lackluster. I never felt the real tension develop in the plot and it was disappointing to see Kennedy as a background figure - where is her usual fire? Understandable that she would change after what happened to her in the last book, but that was not really developed either. I am hopeful that this is a one-time deviation from Flynn’s usual work and I still look forward to his next novel!
