Diffley, organic farmer, author of "Turn Here Sweet Corn: Organic Farming Works" and founder of Gardens of Eagan (one of the earliest certified organic farms in the Midwest), will discuss her memoir and life as a pioneer of organic farming. Books will be available for purchase and signing.

Architectural writers Bette Hammel and Melinda Nelson will take you on a visual tour of some of the dwellings highlighted in their recent book "Great Houses of Summit Avenue and the Hill District." Books will be available for purchase and signing.

Used Book Sale
Saturday, May 3, 10a.m. – 4 p.m.
Bargain hunters and book lovers take note: the Friends of the Library will hold a sale of hundreds of adult and children's fiction and nonfiction books in hardcover and paperback. Most books are withdrawn from the Hennepin County Library system or donated by the public. Funds raised will benefit the library. 
Saturday, May 3, 9-10 a.m. Plymouth Friends members only. Join at the door!
