Fees for items not returned
  • A nonrefundable fee will be charged for items that have not been returned and are overdue more than 20 days.
  • The fee is based on the average cost for items of that kind, not the exact cost of a particular item.
  • We do not accept patron-purchased replacements.
  • If you think the item may be found, we recommend that you look again for the item before paying the fee, which is nonrefundable.
Incomplete returns
  • If an item is returned incomplete, Library staff will contact you.
  • The missing piece must be returned within 30 days to avoid charges.
  • A nonrefundable service fee will be charged for items not returned.
