Welcome and Call to Order

Chair Jessica Kraft called the Executive Committee meeting of February 26, 2026, to order at 5:31 p.m. and welcomed all in attendance.

Attendance of Library Board Members

Library Board Clerk Lillian Albrecht took the roll call. The Board met the quorum with four members present.

Approval of Agenda

Approval of January 8, 2026, Meeting Minutes

Motion: Connolly
Second: Krohn
Motion passed.

March 18, 2026, Board Meeting Agenda

The committee reviewed and edited the draft agenda. They agreed to have two staff dialogues on the display policy and Patron Survey due to their timeliness and proposed having a Patron Survey update every March. Other edits included changes to the committee reports and adding an item to welcome the newly appointed Board members.
