Available only in a library. Addresses changing HR practices and federal and state laws.

Minnesota Legal Forms Library

Covers bankruptcy, bills of sale, contracts, divorce, employment, incorporation, landlord/tenant, living wills, name change, power of attorney, real estate, taxes and wills. Includes U.S. and Minnesota forms.

Patent search tools

Search granted U.S. patents and published U.S. patent applications.

Westlaw

Available only in a library. Minnesota and U.S. cases, headnotes, statutes, court orders, court rules, and administrative decisions.

Hennepin County Law Library

The law library, located on 24th floor of the Hennepin County Government Center, provides materials related to practicing law, including books, journals and electronic databases.

Law librarians are available to help you find information and resources as you conduct legal research.

The library is open to the public, with unlimited use of materials on site. Remote use of some resources is available to subscribers.
