Print from your device

You have three options for sending a document from your own device (cell phone, desktop, etc.) to a library printer.

Option 1: ePRINTit webpage

You can submit multiple documents at the same time. The files will be available to print for 24 hours.

  1. Go to the ePRINTit webpage - https://hcl.eprintitsaas.com/public/upload
  2. Choose either Login or Guest Name and enter your library card number
    • If you choose Guest Name, you can enter your email or phone number and receive confirmation that the file was submitted.
  3. Select the file(s) to be printed.
  4. Go to the print kiosk at the library and enter your library card number or scan your card’s bar code.

Option 2: ePRINTit app

You can submit multiple documents at the same time. The files will be available to print for 24 hours.

  1. Install the ePRINTit SaaS app on your device:
  2. Select the file(s) to be printed and click next.
  3. Choose the provider: TBS Public Library Printing. Type in Hennepin to search for Hennepin County Library TBS.
  4. Select Hennepin County Library and enter your library card number as the Guest Name/Card Number.
  5. Go to the print kiosk at the library and enter your library card number or scan your card’s bar code.

Option 3: Email

Important: Due to software limitations, free printing allowances (up to $5 per month) are not available using this email method.

You can submit multiple documents at the same time. The files will be available to print for 24 hours.

  1. Send the document to be printed in an email (either as an attachment or in the body of the email) to:
  2. Go to the print release kiosk at the library to print.
  3. Enter the first part of your email address to release the print job. Example: if your address is test@gmail.com, then type in “test.”
