Survey Opportunity: Transforming Systems to Support Black Women, Girls, and Femmes

Hennepin County Library is partnering with Research in Action (RIA) to support a statewide survey focused on improving how institutions serve Black women, girls, and femmes in Minnesota.
If you identify as a Black woman, girl, or femme age 14 or older, you are invited to participate in this voluntary and confidential survey. Your responses will help inform systemic changes across various sectors, including healthcare, housing, and education. Participants can choose to receive a $20 electronic gift card for completing the survey.
This survey is part of a statewide research effort for the Minnesota Office of Missing and Murdered Black Women and Girls. The institution aims to address violence and institutional disparities that disproportionately affect specific communities, including women, girls, and gender-diverse individuals.
To take the survey, visit a participating library and ask staff for a one-time access code or printed copy. The survey is available in English and Somali and takes approximately 15–20 minutes to complete.
